It means turrets are never going to get buffed and might in fact get more nerfs
I wouldn't be surprised if riot stops beating around the bush and just have your towers automatically fall if you get baron

Not like you have to surrender and gives more choices to the people that want to not waste time since someone is trolling or has fed so much the game becomes impossible. The only time that you can win half the time from such a terrible lead is if you carry super hard and most players above gold realize hey this game is over and there is no way of winning unless someone on their team afks. IE you can come back in diamond from a 20 kill deficit but gl trying that in plat or even gold.

There shouldn't be any timer at all. Players should decide when enough is enough, not a timer which can no evaluate the situation.
