I'm not really. The last two champions have been misses in my opinion. They seem like cool ideas, but Ekko has proven to be kinda useless and is still looking for a viable position to play in. Tahm Kench has one of the lowest win rates of all time and has basically been forced into the jungle where all champions seem to go when they aren't viable anywhere else. Riot has great champion ideas but their execution leaves much to be desired when they keep buffing champions that are already strong, and then nerf any champion that even looks like they could compete with those buffed champions. I've been really disappointed lately. They even made Gangplank viable, but then when he started blowing up juggernauts they nerfed him out of competitive play. Riot claims they are looking for balance, but I don't think they know exactly what that means.
Even the juggernauts were a big miss. Those champions already did a ton of damage on top of being super tanky, then Riot made them impossible to kill or play against, not even fun to lane against them. Even under tower they do enough damage to dive, combo, cs, and leave with half their health after taking 3-4 tower shots. Irelia actually got unexpected buffs with the new tank items that make her nearly impossible to kill if she gets a lead, especially when she does true damage, has a stun/slow and a gap closer. Fiora has a bigger heal than Janna (who was nerfed into doomed oblivion) and before patch 5.18 she has a higher base armor rating than Jarvan, which is just stupid and makes no sense. There are a lot of balance issues in that vein that need to be looked at a bit closer in my opinion.
