Possible Shyvana buff idea, let her apply flame breath to towers for redbuffesque damage
This would give her a better niche as an objective specialist and not affect matchups against champions.

I like how you're trying to give her a niche, but I'm not sure where you can draw power from her kit in order to allow her to do more damage to objectives.

That's worked out through history. 
Never once have we had balance issues because of that niche! (the fact shyvana's passive is an objective specialist makes her shittier than before since she can't even gank well to secure drag and soloing it is just suicide in higher skill ratings. Obective speciality works for early game champions who naturally are good at objective snowballing, not juggernauts or tanks which can't do shit early and already lost everything late.)
