Look at every recent rework and the coming Morde and Veigar changes and notice how the only result is a champion who is 100% dependent on whether their numbers are good enough. Shyvana also belongs in that pile and always has. They're given "counterplay" (i.e., the chosen mobility champions get to completely ignore what they do and wreck them) that removes any depth and makes them completely ineffective unless their numbers are absolutely bonkers.

Can't touch the mobility champions, though. That might hurt the #LCSBIGPLAYS.
