no because he was by far the best mage after azir got nerfed. stop crying his E stun was way too long. im GLAD they nerfed him, now i can play other mages again.

long rage high damage poke mana refreshing passive very long stun aoe slow with a very short delay near global ult that can be used behind turrets safely.
please tell me how xerath is immobile and that's his weakpoint. you seriously can't even get within 400 units of a good xerath without losing half of your health. eeverything about xerath right now screams "im a 10x more reliable lux with more damage, a stun, an easier to land aoe slow, and am safer to boot"
the only difference between them is lux's ult gives vision. but even then, lux can only aim it once. xerath gets three tries to take out someone low on health.
Im pretty sure xerath got nerfed because he was seeing a lot of competitive play, and doing very well.

How the hell does an immobile mage with four skillshots counter a mobile assassin that can dodge Xerath's abilities with the press of a button?
This also doesn't take into account that Zed will still get stunned for the old duration when Zed engages on Xerath and Xerath stuns him.

While I personally haven't participated in a Xerath vs. Zed matchup, I can say that Xerath probably deserved nerfs anyways, based solely on how frustrating his kit is to exist against.
