But Azir is garbage in soloq. According to champion.gg Azir's win rate is 41.41% and Azir mains win with 46.28 . This is unacceptable and Azir's w scaling should be improved.Azir isn't rewarding for experienced Azir players.Riot wanted diversity at competitive but they exaggerated Azir nerfs. http://champion.gg/champion/Azir 4,301,630 games played and that is enough info.

Azir has high skill cap but around 40% winrate is unacceptable.Azir is difficult champion so he must be rewarding.But Azir isn't rewarding according to champion.gg

Azir's win rate should be around 44 or 45%.

Just because something has a low winratio doesn't mean it needs buffs. Azir is extremely safe, has good synergy with almost every AP item in the game.

What you are asking is like asking Ahri to have amazing ratios, it would make her broken.

His winrate is rather low, and I'm surprised they haven't reworked him to be easier to play yet. But I'm glad they haven't reworked him, because having some champions with an incredibly high skill cap is a good thing. Even with his nerfs, he's a very, very scary champion in the hands of someone who knows how to play him.
