Singed needs a poison damage buff against champs
I know nobody likes Singed, but it's so frustrating to me to play him when his main damage source dos nothing more than tickle people and give him almost no presence in fights except by pushing waves.

Singed needs stuff in general
he needs items, he needs mana, he needs health, singed needs a second cast on his E where it's a shield bash just to use the shield
i feel for singed, he's so old school and I don't want him to lose his essence but he really is lacking compared to modern champs.
as a singed main, I really enjoy his kit and I don't want it to change. I however would love QoL fixes like w doing dmg or ult giving tendency or even make his q do true dmg if someone is in his w or even stuff like making his e cheaper mana wise. tho if we are talking his looks id love for his old skins to be redone to look nice like hextec singed!
