Now that we have 10 bans, let us stay in prematch if someone doesn't ban

As much as I hate how the 10 ban system is carried out (I will forever hate how you can have duplicate bans, nobody is changing my mind on that!), what I hate more are the people who don't ban a champ, whether they're distracted, they can't decide who to ban, or they're just straight out trolling and want to boot everyone back out into finding a match.

If you don't pick a champ, that's reasonable that everyone gets booted out (to an extent), but why do we have to get booted out when nobody picks a ban? Why can't we have HotS system where if you miss your ban, that's fucking it? You miss your god damn ban and you move on to picking your champs. It's stupid that if, for some reason, somebody doesn't select a ban, oh darn they're inactive, BOOT EVERYONE AND START SEARCHING AGAIN!
