thinking your team just made a catch....
forgetting they have kalista. the balanced attack damage carry of league of legends by riot games. good bye the support is now half accross the map. because adcs really do need that sort of power.

But it is her ultimate. Do you want her to have something like a Vayne or Twitch ult? That would probably be much worse.
something different. shes an adc. not god.
And why should her archetype matter?
lee sin should have kalista r. would that make sense? you dont put something like that on an adc. it doesnt make sense. why should i catch a support who tried warding for the adc when instead the adc can just absorb the fuckign support? have u seen a kalista thresh lane? seriously. go play vs one.
Yes, I've seen a Kalista/Thresh lane. It's not uncommon for a marksman and support combo to be highly synergized.
As for it "not making sense," you can make a gun with two books. Riddle me that one.
highly synergized? more like fuckign retarded.
Fucking retarded is misspelling "fucking retarded"
hello?
can't understand a word of this
try reading it.
so it's a complaint composed of run-on sentences made out of fragments about one of the least seen characters (in my experience) of this season
I see tristana more often than kalista
did i complain about her pick rate? when she is picked, her suppport gets full immunity when 6.

And then the support is Thresh. Good luck EVER catching either of them out lol.
but shes an adc. her job is to kill the front line and shit and carry, not save people. its a horrible design flaw.
"Wah, Kalista used her ult to save her support"
Because it's totally unfair for a champion to have to use their ultimate to save the stupid fuck that was out of position in the first place.

just stop whining and pick sejuani ult bot lane once your 6 (if you do it right before they have 6 ) get your adc the double kil and watch them shit al over bot lane for the rest of the game cause they snowball that dubble kill
lol sejuani wouldnt make it to 6 vs a kalista.
? give me one champ that can do that, much less a freaking adc. im not talking about thresh shield. but point and click r.
Kalista's R is not point-and-click
That's not the point. The champion was designed with that ability in their kit. Their kit was balanced around having that ability. It doesn't matter if it isn't duplicated by another champion, it only matters that it is working as intended, and it doesn't give her more power than intended.
Kalista's ultimate does no damage whatsoever. It's going to have very powerful utility.
I'm most definitely not a fan of Kalista, and I abhor supporting or jungle against or for a Kalista, but I find her ultimate to be... well, an ultimate. It does no damage, it's sheer utility. It might seem a tad unfair, but ultimates tend to be unique or add something to the game. It's certainly bullshit if a Kalista uses her ult to save a caught out support, just like it's bullshit for a Lissandra to ult herself to escape a global spell or Bard to give his entire team a zhonyas or Kayle make someone completely immune to damage. Plenty of ultimates look BS on paper (have you seen the latest wave of anti-Trynd posts lately?), but I don't find Kalista's ultimate to be too broken.
Besides, look on the bright side. If a Kalista uses her ult to save her support, it goes on cooldown and one of the most slippery adc's is just a tad easier to catch. Let's be honest, the most annoying thing is her passive, not her ultimate. :/
...
Ugh, I just defended Kalista of all champions. How did she pass the design phase?

Cool design concept, poor execution. Something Riot does every now and again. Except, instead of the poor execution being weak, Kalista ended up being as bouncy and annoying as a 5-year-old that just discovered caffeine.
Having that kind of power isn't a problem. Having that kind of power in addition to high damage and high mobility is another matter.
