It's gonna be the classic double dipping buff. Especially in his top lane performance where Bramble was definitely contributing to shutting him down.

MorganFreemanBot1 votesOnly outlandish mids (Cho, Malphite, Darius) considered building bramble in mid. Mages and assassins, the primary operators in that lane, did not. As such this won't have an effect on his primarily role.
As for top lane, the double-dip will at best make him a decent participant, which I'd say is O.K. given how weak he is atm.
