Vlad can heal for a max of around 5400 without any other champion's assistance.

item 3027 item 3027 item 3027 item 3027item 3065 item 3089 Over 6200 HP, over 1300 AP.

With a more realistic endgame (no boot) build?item 3151 item 3089 item 3116 item 3027 item 3065 item 3030

~4500 max heal. 6k HP, ~1050 AP.

45% CDR on both via 30% CDR runes.

Just saying :)

######Edit: Since many of you think anyone would consider using this build in a game, its not supposed to be viable. Its simply about squeezing the most out of Vlad's healing as possible.

YEA LETS DOWNVOTE A THREAD THAT SIMPLY EXPOSES A CUSTOM GAME TRY TO HAVE THE MAX HEALING ON VLAD AND CRITICIZE THE BUILD CAUSE IT'S "NOT VIABLE"

gotta love gameplay boards

btw, what runes did you use? scaling ap blues, scaling hp yellow i suppose, but reds and quints?

WoonStruck1 votes

lol basically

Scaling AP reds, scaling CDR quints/blues, scaling HP yellows.

Buying 4 RoAs on a champ with no mana. Kek

WoonStruck1 votes

500 HP, 100 AP.

Find a comparable item for increasing something that scales heavily on both.

For both cost and pure stats, RoA is the best item for scaling Vlad's heal. You'd be insane not to buy it if you're only looking to increase the heal, forgoing all other opportunity costs.

100 ap? did you take a time machine from season 5?

WoonStruck2 votes

RoA used to be 120. Its 100 now. Go look.

Hell, you can do it right here on the boards.

Vayne item 1419 item 3153 :

3 hits : ~half the HP lost just with the on hit effects.

WoonStruck1 votes

Yeah, let's pretend this build would work in a real game just like we'll pretend jungle Vayne is viable. :^)

KogMaw item 3153 item 3124

Maybe you'd prefer this one ? :)

WoonStruck1 votes

There you go.

But again, build isn't supposed to be viable. Only showing how much you can potentially heal with Vlad while forgoing all other opportunity costs.

except jungle vayne is semi viable and 5 roa vlad isn't in fact, vayne clears at an above average speed and is healthier than a lot of junglers

h5LYF41Lam1 votes

why build bothitem 3030 and item 3027 zhonya would be much better or even ga or even void stuff

WoonStruck1 votes

Because we're just increasing the heal, not looking for an optimal overall build.

-confused-

1300 AP? That's 400 from the Rod of Ages, 120 from Rabadon's, and an additional 35% of the 520, which should put you at 702, up to 770 if you have the Blue Potion as well. Where's the extra 500-600 AP coming from? Runes and Masteries don't add THAT much.

...Man. I totally forgot that. Derp. But that's still just 62 bonus AP from that (2.5% of 2500 bonus health from items).

yeah but if you tally it all up, we will say roughly 75 from passive via yellow runes and health in masteries, about 50 from runes, 50 from potion, that brings you to (620 + 175) x1.35 which is 795 x 1.35 which is around 1070 ish i believe idk where the rest is coming from

WoonStruck1 votes

AP from his passive. Infernal, baron, elder.

520 base from items. ~68 from passive. 50 from Elixir.

That's 638. x 1.35 (Dcap) x 1.48 (x3 infernal->elder) = ~1275. For the sake of boosting heal I used scaling AP reds, so you can throw on another 17 x 1.35 x 1.48 and you get ~1309. 40 from baron becomes 80.

1389 maximum.

You're also forgetting to scale AP sources outside of itemization with the Dcap passive.

Ah. That'll do it. I wasn't aware Infernal stacked on top of D.Cap's total like that. I'm sort of okay with this now, if it requires that build AND 3 Infernal drakes AND Elder Dragon. Thanks for satisfying my curiosity!

This thread was just supposed to be about min-maxing the heal, not viability.

A couple of folks in a Vlad club were trying to min-max the heal and I took it a step further.

I figured, due to the efficiency and superior stats, what's the point of grabbing Luden's, Gunblade, and Morello's to boost your healing when you can just run 30% CDR (hitting 40% with SV) and grab 4 RoAs and the two best healing multipliers (in Vlad's case) in the game.

They hit around 3200 max heal. I hit ~3500 without infernals/elder/baron. Just wondered what the highest I could reach with 45% CDR was.

No matter what build people 'min-max', I still think item 3001 item 3157 item 3089 item 3135 (situational 5th) item 3158 --> replace with item 3100 (still get CDR+MS, but also get AP and spammable lichbane procs)

is the optimal build on him until overall damage in the game goes down. You still end up with around 4k HP, 800-1k AP depending on infernals/baron and resists on top of that.

#Blood-bomb is simply the most reliable build.

What mastery did you use? Windspeaker's + runic echoes? I used to take that after the rework for legit games for a while

Friendly Ram1 votes

Lol that's bloody hilarious. Whats better for vlad bond of stone or windspeakers?
