No there aren't. You're thinking of "normal" where they mix diamonds with lvl 10s.

I've tried to play her a bunch, and trust me, the number of games where she was banned and me and my friends dodged because of it higher than the number of games I got to play her.
I played her 4 times in ranked already, pretty happy to first time and still do better than 3 of my teammates. Bruisers in midlane <3
