Well then in that case if I was looking for smurfs, Id probably look at Wu and lux. possibly ezreal, but Ezreal would have to have a signifcant match history of much better games. It's really impossible to tell if someone is smurfing with so little info. If you want to, comment the opgg of your acc that you played on(i dont think that counts as naming and shaming) and Ill take a look.

from experience, a smurf is able to keep up with the timer in cs. for example 200 cs by 20 minutes. 300 cs by 30 minutes and so forth.
