How does ranked work? Honest question.
Not a rage post or anything, I just really want to know.
In my placements, I won 6 games and lost 4.

Alright, I didn't do to great. I got put in Bronze 5. My friend on the other hand got put in Silver 1. Here are his games. He won 4 and lost 6.

So what am I doing wrong? I went positive in more games, got more kills in more games, won more games... why am I placed in Bronze 5?
Does playing different champions have something to do with it? I can play every roll, and I have champs I like playing for every roll so that's not an issue. I just don't really understand it is all.
EDIT: Well, despite the awkward hate in the comments... I guess I don't really agree with how placements work. Ideally, they'd be more or less based on individual performance as well as what your rank was last year. But hey, it's whatever.
I'll continue stomping peeps in bronze I guess.
