So instead of making cleaver half effective on ranged because of assholes like these Lucian Ashe (for those who don't know, this asshole pretty much fully stacks cleaver in less than a second with her Q) MissFortune you're just going to flat out nerf it for everyone?!?!?!?

Randuins may have gotten a little better with its now 20% AS reduction, but I'd rather stay with 15 and keep my crit reduction thank you very much.

Why didn't we just make cleaver half effective on ranged champions? This is going to severely reduce the effectiveness of juggernauts who already had their second most important item, steraks, dumpstered almost an entire season ago.

It's a countermeasure so that it doesn't become too strong in the light of raised armor/lower health, since the whole thing is meant to be a power shift.

Someone did the math, it's to go with the new changes to the Armor Items.

Current BC vs Sunfire's 50 Armor is ~15 Armor Reduction New BC vs New Sunfire's 60 Armor is ~14 Armor Reduction Old BC vs New Sunfire's 60 Armor would of been ~18 Armor Reduction.

It's really not that big of a hit.

Not necessarily. Because %pen/%shred is nerfed, resists are way better for everyone now, including juggernaughts. Juggernaughts that are not melted are allowed to have their full power more reliably and longer, and it's really good for them. Fights should last longer and be more healthy. All in all, the changes look really really good.

they lowered it by 1%, or 6% at full stacks. it doesn't sound that bad tbh.
