Add an in-game reload function

What this would do is it would reload the game UI and shit without having to completely exit the game and reopen it.

I don't know if it'd save much time in League, but it's a real time saver in WoW.

Useful for if you get a UI bug like your screen locking up randomly or your abilities being disabled randomly.
