Stop punishing better players in ranked

Skipped divisions/series, twice. All of a sudden you decide to lump me in with some of the biggest idiots. You'd think players would get better as you progress but I can honestly tell you my lower elo teammates for the most part have been WAY better at the fundamentals of the game (e.g. peel, playing safe when behind, contesting objectives with low risk, taking objectives after an ace, etc.) I don't know how else to put it. The ranking system is more busted than ever before. I was gaining 34 LP a game. My teammates also had pretty high winrates and at the most, we had a single 'bad' player. So far it's the 3rd game in a row with 2 flaming/inting buffoons yelling at each other and tilting themselves out of their minds and throwing away any comeback we made. Holy shit. Stop matching us with 37% winrate players because you want to artificially meddle with someone's ranked winrate to 50%. That makes no fucking sense. If I'm on a fat winstreak, participating, dealing insane dmg or otherwise warding the hell out of the map every game, why should I be punished by giving me a player who clearly doesn't have the mentality to play ranked and is hardstuck in whatever elo they're in for over 500 games? Holy moly.
