I keep getting one game after another where people will just join the game and not do anything. They just collapse under their own crippling depression and refuse to do actually play the fucking game.

The most toxic impulsive players in this game are the ones buying the most RP (impulsive).
It's been this way for years and years, they refuse to make the punishments harsh in fear they will lose player-base.
Lost R1 votesI've known a lot of toxic players who dumped an untold amount of money on this game for every skin, even for ones they didn't use for champions they didn't play. They were all permabanned years ago.
It doesn't grant anyone diplomatic immunity. Riot has even banned and disqualified an LCS player for his ill behavior.
