I can kite with all adcs but when i play vayne she has too much attack speed and i just keep canceling my autos. i tried in practice mode but it just doesn't work i either keep canceling my autos or i'm too slow.

vayne has the most attack speed, that's the problem. btw should i have autoattack option on or off?

Honestly, playing osu helps. I played osu for a long time, so the rapid clicking back and forth accurately was really easy for me to get used to. Jinx was also the first adc I really mained, so that helped too. Just keep spamming games and practice tool to get it down, there's no real trick to it unfortunately. I have it on, but it's personal preference really. Something you can do as sort of a handicap is use attack move to kite. The only problem with doing that is if the enemy is smart, they can just drop a ward in front of them, and you'll automatically attack that instead of them.

I never do for anything other than facechecking brush. Like I said, it's just practice. After you get uaed to it, you don't really misclick. Doublelift said in an interview before that he always used to attack move, but after he lost a game because he auto'd a ward someone dropped, he just normal clicks now.

but you can use auto-attack move and click on a target + with attack move u won't make a misplay, also there's a key "target champions only"
