right now Titanic has it beat in every category except for lifesteal. better burst on the active, better for waveclearing, better sustained damage after you have enough HP, and it's an onhit so it has synergy with champions who like those.
ravenous only ever gets bought on 
these days when it used to be THE core fighter item, now everyone has either switched to titanic or cleaver, sometimes both

Sioxor2 votesI think Ravenous Hydra is still a good item but it just is overpowered by titanic. The Health that Titanic provides just outweighs Ravenous and makes it a better option for bruisers. Only way I feel Ravenous could come back is if they nerfed Titanic a little and gave Ravenous a little more life steal like 15%, as well as make it a little cheaper.

Titanic feels like a different item than its component and sibling item due to its different AoE shape and more burst-oriented active.
