Does Eve scale of fall off late

Im in the process of learning eve. The fact that your always invisable makes the playing her fun. She's not picked or banned alot due to the fact that she has rough times finding a good meta. Im kind of conflicted on weather she scales or not. Some have said she scales late but others say she falls off late. Just to clarify, im going by the standard AP build. Eve has like 4 different builds. I like AP but if I need to, I go ad or tank but I haven't really tried hybrid. She is one of the best gankers in the game because only red wards will save you from her. If you build ap your squishy and bruiser, you have sub par damage but are an annoyance still. It's similar to kayn where you have to chose between an assassin that falls off late or a diver that scales. The part I don't know about is if Eve scales as an assasin. So is Eve good or bad late in general.

In general, assassins fall off because they look for people that aren't grouped. Statistically speaking, she falls of mid game and stays at that level all game, tending to mean she is neither a benefit to her team, or a draw back https://na.op.gg/champion/evelynn/statistics/jungle

If you're building pure AP you'll fall off.

If you build Titanic bruiser, you scale into late.

That's kind of the beauty of Eve, she has huge diversity in how she can be built for the situation.

It's similar. Red kayn who is a scaling diver or a strong early game assassin. Just depends on what you have/don't have on your team. If you have a good late game ADC, go assasin/ if you don't have that good of a late game, bruiser.

Depends on how well your early game goes. It's less about you scaling and more about keeping carries dead so they get underfed.

The real problem with Eve is that she has an ult that is entirely teamfight oriented, while the rest of her kit is find targets alone and kill them. This puts her in a bad spot because she's sort of bad at both things late game. If she finds a fed carry alone, her ult doesn't do much to kill the carry. If she groups and teamfights, her damage usually isn't enough to kill a carry when they've got their support.

For me,the early game is no problem. Just do a clear and then gank. If they are overextended, then they are dead. I guess you could say she's an anti-carry. Anti-carry means strong early game and can fuck up an enemy's carry potential and shut them down early.

If you get fed and the enemy doesn't build MR, she can carry. If you don't get fed and the enemy builds MR, your team is playing 4v6, because you are just a moving ward.

You need to be ahead and continue to snowball with eve to "scale" once lategame rolls around you need good vision so you can assassinate their carries. If the enemy team sticks as 5 you can't do anything (check eve aram winrate)

You also have to double down on your build. If you go burst, go burst. Don't half Ass it. Kill somebody then run and hide for your cooldowns.

Sometimes as full AP eve you have to be the nuke that half healths the entire enemy team... and your team must accept that all you were worth was a press R 25%hp on enemy team before cc'd and blown up.

You have to surprise the enemy so they have less reaction time.

Best part about eve is she can build anything. Best stuff on her is AD, AP, Magic Pen and Resists. So if the enemy team is 3 ad lethality assassins and adc and a support you get Iceborn gauntlet, Thornmail,.... etc and just win cuzz you made smart itemchoices.

depends on your built. Full assasin eve can snowball well off a good start and is one of the storngest 6 item champs if played well, but her midgame sucks if she's not ahead so getting to that 6 item built is really tough, since you either have to make it through a pathetic midgame or you already snowball and should be able to close it out way befor reaching 6 items... As a bruiser, her midgame is pretty good, but she falls off lategame.

All in all, she's mostly earlygame focused.
