At some point they have to become usable simply on the merit that nobody remembers what they even do anymore. There's also something special about winning with champions even Riot knows you shouldn't win with.

redniwediS1 votesActually these three are kept weak because Riot knows you should win with them. Their kits are built in a way where they can absolutely destroy a team with no counter play involved, so they are kept in a state where they only see niche play.
Their weaknesses are actually something you can play around with enough experience, and their strengths are mostly untouched.
