Looks at Skarner getting some love and better games.

Looks at Vayne, Riven, and Irelia still at high win rates.

Sees Skarner getting nerfs soon.

Waits for the % health to leave Vayne, the damage on Riven's stun to go, and Irelia's not in a bad place (broken, but not bad).

"better games", lmao. He is currently god-tier broken, its not even comparable to Vayne/Riven/Irelia. 65% winrate rivals stuff like release Zyra and release Xin Zhao. The next highest winrates are somewhere around 55% btw.

I don't think the % health should leave Vayne, I think the free BF sword when she presses R should.
She shouldn't magically catch up to her lane opponent's items (if they've been zoning her) by pressing R.

I will honestly be running away and then... R + flash + tumble + static shiver + W = over 50% of my health in damage if melee or 25% or more if tank

Depends on what happens to her after it. Even if we take away the R bonus damage, I can go a game without ever using it and win (and I don't even own her yet, just on free weeks). Her ultimate doesn't scare me as much as her passive W. Teemo's E is horrible, but not instant like hers. Dealing 20–60 + 4–8% of my max health after just 3 hits. Now, Gnar's is more OP dealing up to 14% and 100% AP but he makes up for it because he's not always in his mini form, his range is 400 at the start and only 485 at 18 and he's super squishy in his mini form. Vayne has a way to lose gap closures and a bonus damage Q that is spam-able. Vayne has 550 range with 330 MS + bonus MS when gap closing enemies. She's OP and we all know it and losing the original % health damage and replacing it with 1/2/3/4/5% (+[1% AP]%) of targets max health would seem more on the lines of a fair fight against her.

PS take her mid with that W and get 1000 AP to deal 15% of the targets HP plus the regular damage.

I'm not sure what makes Garen so strong, coming from a somewhat Garen main. I was performing well before and now if their tank is my villian, i can just nuke the crap outta him and keep killing, or the squishies just get E+R and they're dead if they have no escape. (altho, probably waste of ult)

It is definitely the new items. They helped him so much more then the rework did. Tho the rework did help a little the items Deathmans Plate and sterak's Gate literally fix every problem he had in his kit. I hope they don't quick fix him like skarner and at least wait a patch to see how strong he really is. Nice to finally be able to use him in rank and not feel like I could have chosen someone better.

Rengar has a really low win rate right now. He's actually in the top 10 worst win rates. I think he's the ninth lowest.

Or, or, they could nerf one of the ones you listed. It's not exactly fair that a champion finally gets to have some time in the spotlight just to be taken out of it because there are more OP things out there.
