In low elo it's literally just mindless brawling. No one get's CS. No one punishes roams. No one comes back in lanes. It's like a foreign land.

I watched two friends in a bronze V game (i am Silver 3), and was in absolute awe of the shit people did.

One friend was playing veigar, and finished something like 27/0. Neither of them deserve bronze, but they clown around too much to climb.

And none of them build any MR, or a veil. Or bothered to focus/flee from the oneshot god veigar.

Other fun stuff i got to see was blind flashes over walls for no reason at all, flashing to get CS, people dying 100-0 to minion waves, people pulling someone towards them while running away with low hp (and dying as a result), and other unspeakable horrors.
