Can we revert his PBE nerfs and instead target the duration of Paranoia?

This ability is completely game breaking. You can never commit to a team fight while Nocturne is alive, because the first cast of R forces your back lines to retreat or risk being one shot by something that they can't see before it's too late (not necessarily Nocturne himself). The second cast isn't even necessary.

If you never commit to a fight, you're completely at the enemy team's mercy and either always have to fight on their terms or constantly retreat from objectives, just because Nocturne exists.

This ability was more fine when team fights lasted longer, but with the current level of damage, Paranoia lasts long enough that the fight is over by the time you regain vision, and also long enough for divers to flank you without being able to see them doing it.

Well, it is named Paranoia. That has to mean something. Coherence and consistency at the very least. Anyway I would say that the darkness lasts pretty much... It could last a little bit less and be less intense (dark) for the teamates based on the proximity of the targeted ally. I dont know, maybe that would make him useless.

No. Nerf his damage and buff his paranoia. Let Nocturne win through fear and mind games instead of brute strength and 1-shots.

I will say Nocturne is fine where he is atm in the scuttle crab meta, he isn't a high pick so to speak but could perform well over dueling for overrated mini objective against some of the more prevalent scuttle crab meta picks.

To OP- Your hatred on nocturne is based on you playing ziggs mostly, what does nocturne like to dive mostly? Squishies. Most of your Losses as ziggs have come with a nocturne in game (didn't look too far back but you did have one win as ziggs against one). How would you like for a champ that counters you specifically ask for a nerf to you? You are quite vocal on it based on your post history. Where are your complaints on Jax, Kai sai, Rek sai, graves etc, you lost to them when playing ziggs as well.
