i get it, assassin, high damage to 100-0 squishy. but this damage is retarded even by assassins standards. if your going to nerf katarina, then nerf point and clickarina in one way or another, rather it be her damage or stealth.

Here is a crazy idea, buy some magic resist when you see an akali getting big. Magic Resist is your own personal tool that you can use to nerf akali's damage. It really isn't that difficult of a concept.

buying magic resist? why didn't i think of that! wow sir, you are a amazing. someone should give you a award man. but in all seriousness, the problem i find with her is that you can't really ever escape akail because she sticks to you like a fking magnet, and she scales so well, i feel like my magic resist isn't there after void.

i don't think akail is that squishy[ARMOR 20.5 (+3.5 a lv), MAGIC RES. 30 (+1.25 a lv)], leblanc [ARMOR 16 (+3.5 a lv), MAGIC RES.30 (+0 a lv)], thats squishy, i don't even have to batt a eye to kill her, but akail + gun blade allows her to heal a fair portion of her hp and spell vamp nonsense with one of her skills. they should either lower her armor and mr to leblanc's level or remove her spell vamp on her skills. (not to mention that dangerous game mastery grants 5% hp back per kill, i probably missed some stuff too but all this is adding up people)

I main Annie and lissandra second. You will be amazed how quickly akali dies. If she roams you follow the CC decimates her and good reason to ward to see when she leaves lane.

then why is katarina getting nerfed? isn't there a solid counter play to her? just cc her right? some players arent stupid enough to walk right into someone who can cc them into oblivion. people find ways around that, like avoiding said champion and picking off your teammates that don't have a buttload of cc.

katarina is getting nerfed because of the preseason changes. She was already heading into the OP territory and Riot believes the massive overhauls they are doing for the preseason will push her over the edge.
You are reading way too into the nerfs man. All they are is a flat number nerf on her ultimate at lower ranks. All it is designed to do is make her ult weaker early game. There is no inherent gameplay issue with katarina they are trying to fix with this, they simply think she is going to be too strong.
