Buffs:

Kassadin: can't get a buff until they change his entire kit because he is to polarizing to be anything more then underpowered zyra: honestly id love her to get some base hp so she can survive shes one of the squishiest lvl1 champs in game zilean: never played so can't comment mf: change the ratio on ulty to be mixed ad and ap done twitch: has kinda the same problem as kassadin he's a very polarizing champion prob should get rework

my takes:

Kha'zix: needs some kind of a buff i would love for him to get a rework but thats prob not gunna happen...i would change the passive and things like that Rek'sai: does not need a buff she's still a very good jungler cho'gath: again is just a beneficiary of the juggernaut items

The juggernaut items need to be toned down slightly leave the champs as is for now and nerf the items not the champ for now and see if that helps bring the other champs in line

nerfing annie fizz and riven won't solve their design problems

yasuo doesn't need nerfs
