Viktor after Rylai nerf?

I've been thinking about new Viktor builds after the Rylai nerf and right now it's usually upgrade, Rylai, lich then what's needed, void staff And Dcap usually. Now I'm thinking I'll go for an earlier Lich followed by Ludens? Maybe a more standard morellos build first?

LS has been doing lichbane second after upgrades anyway, I assume he'll either drop the item or keep getting it third.
