2 minute draft queue. My team has a level 21, level 23, and Gold player. My normal MMR is Diamond+

Enemy team has a 3x Platinum trio queue. There are no premades on my team. It's like the system is trying to use me to balance this game out, which makes zero fucking sense.

Why isn't this being fixed? I'd rather have good games than short queue times.

Had a game with 2 premades on my team, and 4 on the opposing side, we won. BUT it was obvious the other team were arguing and not having a good day. So i really dont know how riot calculates MMR, they probably weren't doing very well until they played you.
