was knwon for being extremely broken for his perma snare . "nerfed". still has his perma snare and 10 second ulti. great job on the balance team.

They made it where his perma snare is held off till later in the game. They want Ryze to have something dueling wise, which is what he is known for. Its better for the permasnare to be in the late game, which means other champions may have reached their power spike.

playing vs ryze goes 2 ways. either u go hyper aggro and hope he screws up and u can snowball. or you play passive and hope to god he throws late game. my plat 5 team just went vs a challenger team because fuck matchmaking. we destroyed them, but because riot left ryze as broken as he is, he could just flash w my adc and everyone can jump on her. i was playing a melee and lemme tell u, i hope to god every rioter on the balance team gets to face what i had to.
