Durzaka5 votesIf you don't have a ranged option to kill his turrets, you are basically fucked. You let him push in the lane and farm what you can under tower. Don't feed him kills. Come out of your lane without giving him a massive lead outside of the tower gold, and then take advantage of their team missing a tanky champion from top lane for the rest of the game.
Now, if you have some kind of ranged option, you work down his turrets as he pushes you in. Then kill one right before your jungle ganks. You both dive him, kill another turret before going on him, and then hes basically fucked.

youre laughing, but what happened was he engaed on the heimer, got blown up by his turret lasers and we ended trading 1 for 1.
if youre melee, you can simply not engage on him unless you have a massive item advantage with a completed 
and 2 other defensive items to be able to tank his ult turret long enough.
you can literally not do anything to a heimer whos sitting in a nest of turrets when youre melee, unless its already lategame.

The CD is fairly high early on and turrets won't target you unless Heim hits you with anything. There's enough room to play around this.
I personally hate all ranged top laners but as a top lane main I've had to learn how to play against each one as every champ I main in case I get counterpicked.
Edit: Just looked it up. 20 second CD at all ranks.
You just have to approach the matchup much more cautiously as with any other ranged top laner or lane bully.

HeimerLmao2 votesHeimer is bad at teamfights, if you farm under tower and he doesn't murder the shit out of you. You should use your poke abilities on both him and turrets (e.g. Jarvan) or just on him (e.g. Malphite) when he is low enough ask for gank. He auto-pushes with turrets and is pretty squishy. Try using cc before he stuns you in his turrets. That removes a lot of his burst. If your jg is melee and has a problem with gank, ask mid for help. Additional assasin or mage should be enough to kill him.

Hemier is not bad at teamfights he is just bad because the average players likes to play selfishly and will ult q 70% of the time and ult w 25% of the time instead of ult e maybe 5% of the time.

Darius shits on pantheon, so does Sion,vladimir,swain, ornn, Garen, malphite, a good riven will never die to pantheon and eventually kill him multiple times. Others like shen and camille will never die to pantheon even if they cant kill him. Remenber that if pantheon does not get a kill by 10 minutes you have already countered him and made him useless.

you walk up to it to auto attack it, get hit by heimers auto attacks and abilities while youre in a vulnerable position and then eat a bunch of lasers.
i mean i dont understand why people expect the things not to hurt anymore early game.
all riot did was slightly nerf the auto attack damage on the turrets and then buff the shit out of his burst by buffing the lasers.
TheHappyReaperz2 votesIf you are playing Garen, your Q-auto, or auto-Q-auto, should be enough to one-shot his turrets early game. Go in to hit turrets after Heimer uses his rockets since his E is much easier to dodge. If the turrets are in a place where you have to severely overextend to get them, just leave them alone. Heimer will push the wave towards you, because of his turrets, and then you can just farm away from them.
It's not that Heimer's turrets aren't meant to hurt early game, it is that they hurt less early game, making Heimer less oppressive to melee champions
