250+ damage from one skill at level 3? Not even Vayne is going to delete someone like that.
Ideas for toning it down: scale the HP damage by level, starting at 1% for level one. Even then, the base damage would need to be lowered slightly. OR have the skill activate INSTEAD of the basic attack, since right now it's calculating the damage from that basic PLUS E to do over 200 damage... As a level 1 ability.

I expect to not get 100-0'd by three auto attacks, hence why I'm trying to CS.
Had I had all three of my abilities up it wouldn't have changed anything anyway. I'd have done maybe half her health and still died.
