Warrior is better than Bloodrazor for Shyvana

It sounds like you aren't pressing Q hard enough. Just continue to press Q. When you see the "Victory" screen you will know you have pressed Q enough.

But seriously, Shyv scales so much better with AS and On-Hits than AD. If Bloodrazor isn't good on her then nothing is

I just et it for the increased attack speed. The extra damage based on their max health is a nice bonus, since it stacks with BotRK

Shyvana´s entire kit scales tremendously with on-hit and attack speed. You are doing a disservice to yourself and your team by not capitalizing on the fact that twin bite does double on-hit damage.
