Can we make this things passive not apply spell effects. Kinda tired of losing 1/3 of my hp to a ability that missed me and happened to hit a minion/monster/ally/sponge/chimp/taco near me. -.-

Ludens barely Takes 10% if one's HP What do you mean ? And at most it takes 20% if you are extremely behind which doesn't always happen item 3087 used to do more damage

Scorch barely does 10 damage Comet is not that hard to dodge , and it's damage is not that big. Not all champions can build Liandry.

Okay. So when an adc attacks a random jungle camp, you should take damage to right?

How about a garen. When he ults a target, you should take damage for that ad well right? I mean. He did hit his ability on something after all?

Your argument isn't Luden's proc then if you must include all of these things to validate your argument. You speak of Luden's proc as if it is a problem all on it's own. Be more clear with your argument from the get go if you already have this kind of response prepared for people who call you out on your first ridiculous point.

If ludens didn’t apply spell effects, none of those things would happen on a spell that missed you.

Ludens echo is the only item in the game, that rewards you for missing an ability. Outside of the jungle item. But they are basically the same item.
