I noticed it was slightly worse too, but I didn't pay much attention to the QQ.

Today though, I pushed bot lane up to the inhibitor as Yorick, and I had my path set to the inhibitor. Yorick literally got trapped on the left side and stood completely still.I stood still to see how long it would take him to figure it out, nope, he never did. Never in my life have I seen anyone get "stuck" completely and utterly.

I wiggled my way out by giving up and shoving myself backwards, but that is still crazy.

Literally last week, I was playing ranked Treeline with my friends. I got pinned against the wall by my own minions and had to Flash out of the minion wave away from the enemy that was freely shooting me and the enemy minions that randomly switched aggro to me.
