MissFortune Has always synergized well with lethality/armor pen even when it wasn't broken. It's fairly obvious they need to reduce the ratio to 50%. Just because Jhin and Varus like to abuse it doesn't mean other champions who are meant to use the items get the downfall.

MF is just as stupid as those 2, stacking full penetration/shred with item 3071 and obliterating everyone in her ult

If Jhin and Varus are abusers then MF is the biggest abuser of them all.
