Nah, she's fine. It feels painful until you get an attack speed item (even just a dagger).

Interesting. I'm a Cait main, so I try to stay neutral in these posts, since I know I have a soft spot for her. What about her feels more difficult to play against? Becuase, as a main, I can tell you her damage feels reduced significantly mid game.

Ok but how? Now that her passive makes item 3085 not good anymore, her late game is pretty shitty.

If I recall correctly, in the same patch, the energization rate on RFC increased 25%. (note that RFC, and Shiv have different named passive.)

A few LCS builds popped up today. They were going IE, Shiv, RFC. With Shiv subbing in for the waveclear lost by not taking hurricane, combined with it's synergy with other energize items, returns some of that late game power.
