Sett vs

Sett is a Juggernaut Maokai is a Vanguard

Sett does % MAX HP damage on his Q (two attacks that can be 6-10% each) Sett has Target Bonus HP damage on his Ult Sett has True damage on his W

Building on Sett and Maokai still wins 1v1 without skipping a beat with just

His passive heals for WAY too much and he does way too much damage for a Vanguard

Juggernauts are suppose to win 1v1 vs a Vanguard if even.

This is NOT the case at all with Sett and Maokai.

I have not seen maokai on live much so forgot how completely aggravating he is with his healing.

Maokai is fine the way he is if anything he needs buffed

Also, are you taking into account that the cooldown on Maokai's passive is reduced by 4 seconds when he casts or is struck by an ability. Even using his own non-ultimate abilities, that's 12 seconds per rotation. At level 6 that's half of his cooldown. If you also hit him with 3 abilities, his passive is up again. Sett has low cooldowns and no mana cost. The 3 items you have here gives him 30% CDR, .. so you're just giving Maokai more access to his passive.
