kindred - where are they?

Hey, not sure how many people actually do play kindred but according to different statistics she is a bit underplayed:

Arena Online: 4.50% pick rate, 65.00% win rate Lolskill: 3.7% pick rate, 47.1% win rate

While the winrates look good, if your only taking in a small portion of the game's played, there is not enough data to actually give a good feel about her win ratios. While i do need plenty more time to master her, currently it feels as though she is a bit weak, at least damage wise. Her clear is great, she has good mobility, but in terms of dueling, she seem's lackluster. Now this may just be how im building her, or what have you.

Not to mention the ult is very difficult to get right, and can screw over your team more than it actually saves them.

Anyway, i would like to see a small buff added to her mid game damage, because after early game she falls off hard until she reaches full build. I would also like to see her ult have more of a ground targeted ability instead of cast on ally champion so that way maybe she would have a bit more control over her ult, maybe a little more range too, cause she has to practically be in melee range to get that going. The ground targeted (much like morgana w) ult would allow her to properly place her ult instead of saving the 3 melee champion that jumped in on your mage. The higher range would also allow for better positioning.

I personally would love to see Kindred get a bit more attention, and the only thing that has happened to her in a while is that her last E proc was nerfed and her Q got a +5 mana nerf at all levels back in 6.2
