Scuttles

Can we please fix the bug where it takes 3-5 seconds for scuttlecrab's health to appear above him once you reveal him from the fog of war when an enemy is fighting him? I can't tell you how many panic smite's i have done as a kindred player because all i see is scuttles is being fought (usually with a red buff applied) and i have no idea how much health he has.
