Why are you leaving Azir at a 42~ winrate

He's just left in the dirt never broken easily focused so many champions do his job better, in fact there's so many bugs oN him some champions go though his wall like Leona E unless its intended, sometimes Azir w shows it attack but no damage is proc'd or when pressing w for a solider to cs with you auto-attack and you cant for a couple of seconds, worst of all sometimes Azir Q does no damage rarely even when clearly in range. I can't be the only one seeing these "Bugs" but why has Azir been left to die.

With a 3% played and currently a 42% winrate meaning the good Azirs are losing, he really needs some buffs.

Azir's win rate is actually closer to 46% (value from ranked solo), increasing to nearly 48% in ranked. He's still likely underpowered but not so much as you're suggesting.

HE HAS NO PICKRATE THAT MEANS BEST AZIRS ARE LOSING

I agree he's underpowered. I was just pointing out that your 42% number is wrong. Also, although I agree that low-popularity champions tend to get a bit of a winrate boost because fewer people are playing them just because they're perceived to be OP, a lot of the best Azirs have also probably given up on him because he is underpowered, which will mitigate that. I doubt the winrate inflation is that large in solo queue overall, although it may be greater at higher levels (where Azir's winrate is also higher).

In my opinion, he's bad but not garbage-tier. (For a medium-skillcap champion, I consider garbage-tier somewhere in the 44% range.)

Azir is annoying to code and tweak in anyway. And he is hard to play, so most people playing him arn't great

he needs more bugfixes than buff, like Quinn.

Azr also has a lot going for him, like ulting a team into a corner and they all get hit 3 times and bounce for 5 seconds

Statistics to me, in LoL, are not a great source of information to go by if you're asking for buffs. If you're asking for bug fixes, that's fine. But to me a 42% (if that's what you're saying) win rate isn't that bad. To me, win rates are horribly skewed by a few bad players and that can create too much of an artificial picture. This only becomes more fragile as the champ pool grows.

42% is actually pretty darn bad. Consider that this is only one champion on a team of five. However, as of patch 5.5, Azir's win rate is actually higher (~46%).

Nowadays Azir is now considered a "troll pick"
