Last hitting a minion should grant more EXP than just letting it die next to you

In my opinion, last hitting a minion should grant more EXP than it just dying next to you. Take for example the enemy laner, he has 120 cs at 20 minutes, but you have 160s at 20 minutes, although he has less CS, he is the same level as you, why is that? The risk reward for staying in lane and CSing should be greater, than taking TP, going to another lane, coming back, and having the same EXP as your opponent.

This would severely warp the game's meta around early game lane bullies who can zone their opponent off farm.

So no, the current system is fine.

To make things more clear, there is a champion who actually operated sort of like this not too long ago. His name was Mordekaiser, and part of his design to balance him around bottom lane was to grant him a passive on his W that gave him full experience for last-hitting minions. The result was that Mordekaiser was an extremely oppressive lane bully with a 62% win rate who won games by beating the shit out of the enemy ADC who was zoned off farm and couldn't even maintain equal levels because of Mordekaiser's busted as fuck W passive.

You're suggesting letting every champion in a favorable early game match-up do this. That's bad.

Well the thing is bot lane shares the XP, and generally the ADC gets leveled faster, so with this supports would be insanely behind in levels than the rest of their team and they wouldn't be good for much.

That can be easily figured out and solved.

Instead of just making a statement that can be true or not, how about come up with the solution?

It can be solved by not changing what we have now. Players that farm more efficiently already have a gold advantage over their opponents; there's no need to give them even more power by giving them a level advantage as well.

They get the gold advantage. If they had level too, they would snowball even harder than they already are by stomping you in cc

Sure, let's make supports useless.

Additionally, let's make any support that doesn't build Relic Shield even more useless by comparison.
