Now that Red-Buff no longer gives HP... will my tricky Lissandra and Singed jungle picks still work?

Like, did they do some other changed to the jungle, like weakening/strenghtening camps or changes to the items?

These two champs can jungle quite well from my experience, however, the first clear is usually near-impossible without the sweet heal you get from smiting red, and even then you have to be aware of counterjungling, which, if you have laners who pay attention, can result in a free kill for your team. That's a BIG if tho.

To explain why I occasionally play it:

Lissandra has the gank powers of a roaming mage, meaning tons of cc and damge, as well as an mobity spell usable for ganking. E -> Q -> ULT and if your target is not dead, throw a W and another Q and you should be set.

Singed on the other hand has a hard time on toplane, all those ranged meanies bullying him out of lane, and early many melees totally eat him for breakfast, so farming up in the jungle and using super-glue and flip for ganks can be quite useful. Think of a less tanky Volibear, but with a ranged slow.

So, while my game is patching now I ask: will it still work? Or do I have to find new gimmics to win my rankeds?
