Twisted Treeline items in Summoners Rift?

These items are Twisted Treeline exclusive, but I don't get it?

Some of those items there are really strong and could be useful on so many champions.

For example, would go very well with along side with Burst mages like could be even more burstier with along side with (If they stack) Bruiser champions like would go well with and

I don't see much use for unless builds into

I just find it sad because only a few people who play league of legends hardly play twisted tree line because (opinion) of how boring it is, and these items never see the light of day.

Lightbringer provides a constantly on Oracle's Lens, and the bleed stacks with item 3031 (which makes Jhin in particular pretty good when he can get both).

item 3090 was once on summoner's rift as an item called Zohnya's Ring. The combo of offense and defense had made it broken, so they split it in two. I don't know if I want this back.

item 3104 doesn't work without altars, and the burn is considered an immolate effect so it won't stack with item 3751 item 1413 or item 3068 , unfortunately.
