armor pen isn't the problem. It's true damage that's the problem. And junglers are already weak.

true damage is damage not negated by anything. Armor pen just reduces the effectiveness of armor items. Big difference.

For the first time in history runic echoes is more gold efficient than warrior the strong thing for warrior is that when you complete it it gives you 40 ad and the completion cost is 525 gold for reference item 1038 gives you the same amount of ad and costs almost 3 times as much but you aren't wrong i think that pen would be really nice for warrior champs but i do think that warrior would have to lose other parts of its power probably some of its ad
