Because all the casuals are just playing ranked as if it was normals now. They are on voice chat so they don't ever talk to or cooperate with solo players which is why toxicity went down.
Is this a good thing? NO! Does this prove that Dynamic Queue is better? Hell no.

Mig892 votesI play ranked with friends and whoever is in my premade, i talk in comms to them and type to others. it's not hard and still cuts down on the amount of typing i ahve to do during a game. Pings fill in where needed. It is a better system as it probably has cut down on Toxic chat. When someone is flaming now we just talk about it on voice comms and ignore them unless its match related. That way we get to just report and move on as the system was meant to be.
