At the moment there is 0 counterplay towards his kit. All of his items contain CDR to cap to 45. Yet I haven't seen any CD reduction nerfs yet. Honestly do you think it's okay for fizz to hop on his poll every 4 seconds dealing massive damage. His ult CD is absurd as well. No matter how well I do in lane with him he will be able to kill me after he's level 6.
Fizz either needs CD nerfs or a whole new kit because reducing his damage wont do a lot.

Dark Nephthys2 votesYea I think playful triskster is way to strong for it to be only 8 Seconds (or 4.6 Seconds with 40% CDR/ 4.4 Seconds with 45% CDR). I think they should increase the CD of it. Which actually would also make Fizz not as insane in urf mode when it comes back, so it helps solves 2 things. I think maybe have it's CD something like 16/15/14/13/12 (Right now its 16/14/12/10/8).

now give CDR. By late game his E is so spamable it's a joke. Many of you may find this hard to believe but at early levels his E actually has a fair and balanced CDR and mana cost.

Honestly I'm kind of close to a Fizz main and I agree the need to do something with his E or at least fix the CDR of it people downvoting are probably just looking at the title and insta downvoting.
