I wanna start playing Kalista

Basically the title, but idk where to start. I played about 4 games with her total in the past 2 days (not a lot, I know. But enough for me to know that I want to keep playing her) and I really like her and I enjoy playing her, but I have some questions...

Is Hail of Blades the best rune for her? I can get through laning phase relatively easily, but after that (teamfight stage) I dont really know what to do and how to position with her. I rarely play adc in general (usually a melee mid or top laner) so I position really badly with her. How do I get better at this? I usually rush berserkers greaves, then work on BORK into Hurricane. After that it's usually IE but it varies by opponents. Is this the best build for her? And if I get good at Kalista, can she carry me out of silver?
