Can we make it so you can fuse 3 champion shards into a random champion permament again?

I have all these champion shards that are completely useless to me. It would be nice if I could actually use them for something like we could when the blue essence system first came out. This will also make it easier for newer players to get into the game, and once they start unlocking champions they'll buy more skins. Let's be honest here, NO ONE buys champions with rp. Skins are where the money's at, but no one will buy skins if they don't have the champs in the first place. So PLEASE Riot at least consider this. It's a win win for both of us.

Its way too easy to gain champshards now, thats why they removed it. People could unlock champs too fast.

so why havn't i got a new champion in the last 5 levels? 5 levels takes over 30 games its alot harder to get champions lmfao

Can someone just explain to me how Riot would lose money from this? If people don't own the champs, they're not gonna buy the skins. It's as simple as that. Do they really make that much money off people buying the champs with RP that's it's worth it?

The reason you can't any more is because they made shards the default method of obtaining essence instead of earning it from games. Now you get upwards of three times as many shards in general. It wouldn't work if they just let you reroll those 5 90BE Ryze's into a 6300 champ.

You can buy champs with BE gained from recycling shards, winning battles, and special events; they get no money from that either. You can also get skin, ward, icon, and other things that normally COST money, but can be acquired through other in-game currency or for free. They get no money from that.

What? Who says so? If someone makes 50-100$ per hour in their job, how much time would they waste to grind BE for champs?

If you aren't paying for it with money you are paying for it with time. Riot takes both, what's more important to you?

Another thing is that for people like me who have all the champs, all we have to do is save 3 champ shards and we get the newest champ immediately. Its not about a loss of money, its a loss of playtime. If people dont need to grind for a specific champ, it means less time in game, less time on the servers, smaller stats for shareholders to look at.

Basic game longevity nonsesne. Not great, but only a slight annoyance.
