Wu Rework is CRAZY OP
For those that dont know Surender@20
So his Q does less damage then before BUT heals him and his Passive stacks 5 times so his targets take 5-20% more damage so it counters the Q damage nerf
But thats not the crazy part.
His W now can last 4.5s and attacks with the same attack speed and damage as Wu does and also stacks his passive
It also triggers On Hit attacks like 
(so you can drop a clone in a jungle camp and it will clear it)
But thats not the crazy part
His passive AND Clone also work on Turrets, Inhibs, Nexus, Dragon, Baron
If you get a kill in lane you take the turret.
